The first Alpha version of SymplyMepis 11.0 has been relased.

Two or three days ago Google changed its Layout

I like it, I just hope they do not continouly keep adding more and more blocks to the results page, I like the minimalistic way.

As can be seen, now on the left there are new options, like performing the search on news, videos, shopping and more.
Also now it is easy to perform a search using only results fromthe past 3 days, the latest or anytime.

A lot of other options have been added, and it will be good to start to explore them, and find out what Google has for us.

Yes, I have just started two blogs, one at posterous and the other at
tumblr, to compare both of them.
I am planning to use them in different ways.
Anyway, as soon as I started with Tumblr, and I have set up my own
name, and was starting to configure the site, tumblr goes down.

I got a message from squid server saying that there are problems and
those problems were going to be reported.

I will test again later, today.
